Dermacare Direct – The Brief
Dermacare Direct contacted me to write their brand story. With a lot of narrative strands to bring together I worked on creating a story that centred on their brand values of communication, helpfulness and care.
Their aim is to make advanced skincare accessible with a bespoke service and the brand tone of voice had to communicate their personal approach while remaining expert and authoritative. Portraying founder, Andrea’s passion for skincare and helping others to achieve better skin was a key part.
To help structure the brand story I tackled each theme using a header while ensuring the tone of voice brought the whole narrative together as one cohesive piece. The client were delighted with their updated brand story which reflects their values and tells their story in a more compelling and effective way.
